Silent, secluded and serene, or awash with the sounds of families having fun; you'll find both types of beaches and everything in between. The Kusadasi coastline features broad sandy beaches as well as pebble ones and rocky coves with some excellent diving and snorkelling. Here is a small selection, there are many more.
Downtown Beach
Downtown Beach in Kusadasi town, falls between the harbour and the marina.
You can watch the giant cruise ships coming and going and enjoy the splendid sight of Pigeon Island as you sunbathe.
Ladies BeachLadies Beach was once segregated with only women bathers allowed! You can walk there from town or reach it by dolmus. Now the world comes as this is a very busy beach with facilities for sunbathing and water sports, several beach clubs and a palm lined promenade. There are shops selling souvenirs and an assortment of cafes and restaurants, which fill as sunset approaches and clients watch the sun slip behind the beautiful island of Samos, a memorable experience.
Long Beach
Long Beach is ideal for swimming and water sports, with crystal clear
water and a sandy beach that stretches into the distance. It lies 6km south of town but is busy and popular with water sports, cafes and one of Kusadasi's 3 aqua parks.
Kustur BeachKustur Beach while just 3km from Kusadasi town, is a quiet sand and pebble beach which is extremely clean and ideal for those who are looking for something less diverting and more restful.
National Park BeachNational Park Beach is 30km from the town but is easy to reach by dolmus; it is also close to Kusadasi Golf & Spa Resort. The trees of the protected parkland fringe the beach providing welcome shade for picnics and a natural place of relaxation.
